My mission is to empower PhDs to take ownership of their careers by transforming uncertainty into direction. I help scholars recognize that they have real options—and the skills to pursue them—through imparting lifelong tools in career design, storytelling, and strategy. Every scholar I work with leaves not just with a next step, but with a framework for navigating every step ahead.
